First of all, the location itself is very tricky as it is located outside of the old town, basically along the highway, so what we appreciated a lot is the creativity with which the Kyriad worked out the downsides of the location. The building reminds of motels from the movies, but the room was very clean and the window isolation worked perfectly, so there was no noise coming from the road. Secondly, the location worked out very well for us as we were just passing through and didnt mind the walk to the city center in exchange for the benefits of leaving directly from the hotel to the next town next morning and the free available parking. Last but not least, we had a very good experience with the check-in being in many other languages besides French and everything going smoothly.

It is perfect for a stopover. It is professionally yet stylishly decorated. The breakfast was good, and the salad I had for dinner was nice. The staff was exceptionally kind and attentive they even upgraded us to a better room, so we would have the garden in front for letting our dogs out.

The room was beautifully designed and decorated and it was super clean. Access was good, with a lift. The bathroom was smart and well designed, with a heated towel rail and a bath, which was a treat. The food in the restaurant was very good and good value for money.

Location was perfect for our business meeting, food was excellent, particularly the evening meal. Rooms where spacious and very clean. I thought the hotel was presented well and the staff delightful and very professional in their approach. I would recommend and definitely stay again without hesitation.

The rooms were very comfortable & clean & the staff were very helpful. We had a drink in the lounge in the evening & the staff were very accommodating to our needs

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff friendly. Lots of wall sockets for charging devices. Bathroom was a fair size with a good shower.

The young man on the desk when we arrived was really helpful (sorry I didn't note the name), offering the choice to speak either English or French which made life easier for me. The room was clean and as comfortable as expected for a hotel of this type. We ate in the restaurant which was excellent value, well cooked and presented. Staff in the restaurant were really pleasant and efficient. All in all a very positive experience which I would recommend.

The breakfast was nice with some variety. Andy was very helpful checking us in and the morning front desk staff gentleman was great helping us with ideas for the day.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met, including a shuttle from the train station to the hotel. The rooms were exceptionally comfortable and the quiet of the surroundings made it ideal. I would recommend the Kyriad Lisieux to anyone who visits this town.
